The Italian Honorary Consulate in Phoenix, Arizona is part of the network of international relationships maintained by the Government of the Italian Republic and operates under guidance and coordination of the General Consulate of Italy in Los Angeles, California.
The primary task of the Italian Honorary Consul in Phoenix, Arizona is to carry out fast and direct assistance for the benefit of Italian nationals who permanently reside in Arizona or who are travelling through Arizona, for example for tourism, study or work-related reasons, particularly in situations of emergency.
In addition to this primary and essential function, the Italian Honorary Consul in Phoenix, Arizona is also required to provide certain consular services specified in the Decree of the Italian “Ministero degli Esteri” no. 5113/223/BIS.
